Matteo Menotto x Urtopia ebike — “Stardust Design”

Riding an e-bike is not just a way to get from one place to another — it’s a journey into the imagination. With Stardust, the URTOPIA bike becomes a vessel gliding through the cosmos, as if floating in a dream. The frame is wrapped in a vision of the night sky, where falling stars trace the path of your ride, and glowing particles drift like stardust through space. I designed Stardust inspired by the cosmos — by that sense of wonder you feel when you look up into the infinite.

Through this design, I wanted to evoke a feeling of freedom and lightness, as if the bike itself could carry you beyond the everyday and into something magical. At the center, a subtle image of the sun — our life-giving star — anchors the design, while soft gradients and smoky textures evoke ethereal movement. Inspired by fantasy and sci-fi, the artwork blends spray art, solid color, and detailed acrylic elements to create a shimmering, layered effect that wraps around the bike like a celestial skin. Silver-white on black gives the feeling of speed and elegance, of cutting through the dark with beauty and purpose — as if every ride were a wish set in motion.
